Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Mahjong Solitaire by Taplinko collects and uses information to provide its service, and which providers it shares it with.

2. Data we may collect
- Technical information about the device and the app (model, operating system, language, app version).
- Game usage data (games played, levels, coins, settings) to improve levels, difficulty and stability.
- Diagnostic data (errors or unexpected crashes) that we receive through the app stores' tools.
- Aggregated usage statistics through Firebase Analytics.
- In-app purchase history and an anonymous user identifier (see section 5).
- Advertising identifiers (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS) and IP address, only with your consent (see section 4).
3. Purpose
- Provide the game's functionality.
- Optimize performance and user experience.
- Process, validate and restore your purchases.
- Show you local reminders, if you enable them.
- Prevent ad fraud.
- Resolve support issues.
4. Advertising
The app may display ads through Unity LevelPlay (formerly ironSource), Unity's ad mediation platform, which allocates each ad slot among these networks: Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network and Liftoff Monetize (Vungle). These providers may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address and ad interaction data to serve, personalize and measure advertising. When no network has an ad available, the app may show TapLinko's own ads (promoting our other games), downloaded from our server without sending advertising identifiers. Where required by law, the app asks for your consent through InMobi Choice (a consent management platform) before showing personalized advertising; you can change your decision at any time from the Privacy section of the app's settings. On iOS, the app uses the App Tracking Transparency framework to request permission before tracking. On Android, to prevent ad fraud, the app checks through Google Play Integrity that it was installed from Google Play on a genuine device.
5. In-app purchases
The app offers in-app purchases: coin packs and a lifetime “no ads” option. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play; we do not receive or store your card or payment details. To validate purchases, credit them and keep what you bought available when you reinstall or change devices we use RevenueCat, an in-app purchase management service. RevenueCat receives the purchase receipt issued by the store, an anonymous user identifier generated by the app, technical information about the device and the app, and data about the ads shown (network, format and estimated revenue); we do not send it your advertising identifier. RevenueCat keeps the purchase history so purchases can be restored and fraud detected. The “Manage purchases” option in the settings opens RevenueCat's customer center inside the app. RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
6. Notifications
The app's reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device; we do not use any external notification service and no data is sent to third parties to show them. You can turn them off at any time from the app or system settings.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the providers described in this policy (Firebase, Unity LevelPlay and its ad networks, and RevenueCat), each for the stated purpose, and with the app stores to process purchases. Each provider handles the data under its own privacy policy, linked in the corresponding section.
8. Security and retention
We apply reasonable measures to protect the information and keep it only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and legal compliance.
9. Data deletion
You can request the deletion of the data associated with your use of the app by emailing soporte@taplinko.store with the subject “Data deletion – Mahjong Solitaire by Taplinko”. We will delete the data linked to your request, including the associated records in the services we use (purchases and analytics), except any data we are required to keep by law, and we will reply by email to confirm it. Data the app stores only on your device is deleted when you uninstall it. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID from your device settings to unlink it from the data held by advertising providers.
