Send an email with details of the problem, phone version and screenshots if possible.
If the scanner shows no image, check that QRio QR code generator and Reader has camera permission in your phone settings. The camera is only used to scan QR codes.
Your history is stored only on your device and works offline. If you uninstall the app, the history is deleted and cannot be recovered.
