Send an email with details of the problem, phone version and screenshots if possible.
If the speed doesn't update, check that Neighborhood Speed Alert has location permission in your phone settings and that GPS is on. You can also use Simulator mode to try the app without going out on the road.
The app shows speed and limit on your car's screen. To connect, use a compatible cable or wireless connection and choose Neighborhood Speed Alert from the car menu.
Your saved places and all settings are stored only on your device. If you uninstall the app, that information is deleted and cannot be recovered.
